Pasta
This recipe takes about 15 minutes and is enough for a large lasagna or 4 people.
Ingredients
- 300 grams of flour (I use 50/50 all purpose and whole wheat flour)
- 3 eggs or ~150 ml water
How to make it.
1) Mix the ingredients and knead it well.
2) If the dough is still sticky add some more flour to it and keep on kneading it until it’s well mixed and the dough is not sticky anymore.
The pasta dough is now ready to be either rolled out by hand or you can use a pasta machine.
After you have your pasta the way you want it, you can either let it dry for a few hours and put it away (just make sure that you use it within 2 weeks) or instantly use it.
It only needs to be boiled for 5-7 minutes either way.
Perfect popcorn
This recipe is for 1 serving and takes less then 5 minutes to make.

- 1 tsp of salt
How to make it.
1) Put a frying pan on your stove and put your stove on high.
2) Melt the butter in it and add the salt to it.
3) Now add the corn and put the lid on your frying pan.
4) Start shaking the popping corn around until they’ve all popped. If you don’t your popcorn will burn.
5) Put the popcorn in a bow and let it cool down for a few minutes.
And enjoy your freshly made popcorn!

Note : because you’ve already added the salt to the butter, your popcorn wont need anymore salt and it sticks a lot better to the popcorn then if you’d add it later.
My husband came up with this and it works great.
